Check Your Mail... IRS Notice

Earlier this month the IRS recognized a problem with a program.  Taxpayers who got the CP2000 notices from the IRS in the first two weeks of July were under billed for interest.  The IRS agency has stated that they will send out corrected notices shortly to correct the error.
